American Trading International, Inc (ATI) is currently seeking an experienced Corporate Coordinator to join our team in Los Angeles, CA.

ATI has recently expanded our beautiful Westside office and is looking for sharp, smart, like-minded individuals to help take us to the next level!

ATI is a 20 year old Los Angeles, CA based export trading company specialized in USA food & beverage products, both branded and private label. We are currently seeking to fill a new position in our fast growing, dynamic work environment. ATI is a 45 employee / $50 million operation exporting to over 80 markets worldwide. We take pride in our state-of-the-art facilities, resources, friendly atmosphere, with a multi-cultural / multi-lingual staff speaking more than 25 languages. We now also operate on SAP.

 

Job Responsibilities:

Administrative Functions
• Answer all incoming calls
• Ordering all office supplies
• Ordering all ATI branded items
• Organization of General Office
• Organization of Sample Room
• Company Photographer
• Coordinate and organize ATI food donations
• Water all plants
• Coordinate Handyman office repairs
• ATI Vehicle Needs
• Broadcast text for office notifications
• Office Vendor relationships
• Visitor Preparations and Visit
• Maintain ATI COI for building
• Maintain COI for all ATI vendors working in ATI office
• Building Parking
• Office Admin requests received from SharePoint
• Signature Updates
• General Office Memos
• ATI Mail Distribution
• File Closet Organization
• Assists with other administrative duties as assigned


HR Functions
• ATI Events
• ATI event calendar on SharePoint
• Update ATI office seating map
• Filing of HR documents
• EIP – Update chart
• Employee emergency contact list
• Birthday/Anniversary Announcements and update ATI calendar with info
• Ordering Business Cards
• Manage Building Passes and keys
• Maintain Office hours Excel Sheet
• Flu shot Coordination
• Update SharePoint with HR files
• ATI “concierge service” on SharePoint
• Westside Rentals Account
• Assist HR Manager with onboarding and offboarding ATI employees
• Assists with other HR duties as assigned

 

Requirements and Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Interest in International Trade and Global Affairs
• Passion for International Trade and Global Affairs
• Fluent in English both verbal and written
• 1 years of Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, and/or Human Resources experience
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee information
Preferred Requirements
• 5 years of working experience
• Human Resources experience a plus
• Foreign language(s) skills a plus
