American Trading International, Inc. (ATI) exports USA food and beverages to over 80 markets worldwide. We are located in a beautiful Westside office with state-of-the-art facilities and resources, friendly atmosphere, with multi-cultural / multi-lingual staff, we are currently looking for long-term growth/career minded individuals. We are hiring for an International Trade Specialist/Coordinator who will be responsible to cover multiple areas in the company including manufacturers, customers, leads, and potentially, trade shows.



• Grow and manage own sales portfolio which includes several International Leads and International Customers. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: international pricing, marketing and presentation of new products, follow up and following through on commitments.
• Manage manufacturer information ensuring accounts are up to date including creating/updating. price lists, managing sell sheets, and updating manufacturer sales and logistics information.
• Oversee transaction and sales export documentation for orders.
• Potentially attend Trade Shows/Missions to source new business and support existing business.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3 years of sales, analytical or management experience
• Passion for International Trade and Global Affairs
• Bi-Lingual
• Fluent in English both verbal and written
• Permanent Resident, U.S. Citizen or already on a Work Visa

Preferred Requirements:

• 5 years of working experience
• Sales experience in the food and beverage industry and/or International Sales
• Tri-Lingual

• Have excellent organization and verbal communication skills
• Able to Follow-Up / Follow Through without having to be reminded
• Have working knowledge in MS Office, Windows, Adobe Acrobat, and Adobe Photoshop

An Advantage Will Be Given to Candidates Who:

• Possess high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Speak multiple foreign languages
